Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to help grow SHELL all communication campaigns through effective brand and communications management. The person in this role will manage various campaigns and projects to drive preference to Shell, manage stakeholders, engage with global & local marketing teams, manage agencies, budgets, approvals and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & take part in end to end development and 360° planning and execution of marketing communications and brand building campaigns
- Manage & take part in project details and schedules for the creation of marketing campaign deliverables, ensuring high-quality results and on-time delivery
- Manage relationship with the agencies, including Research Agencies, Event Agencies, ATL & BTL
- Create & take part in fully integrated communications plan across all customer touch points
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer data from multiple sources (internal & external) to develop a narrative around customer issues and needs, feeding communicatin campaigns customer journey
- Manage and implement Consumer Researches (market analysis & consumer research projects) to devise actionable strategies from consumer insights: Bringing consumer perspective to marketing, business and operational decisions, consumer experience strategy for the entire consumer lifecycle, consistent with the brand and consumer journey guidelines
- Manage Sponsorship coordination & execution in line with our rights within the scope of our sponsorships; flowless process management with the perspective of brand communication
- Manage Event Management of sponsorships, coordination, press events, launch events, deli2go truck with and 360 communication approach to get content for digital platforms
- Budget responsibility: Manage day-to-day MarCom budget, including the processing and payment of pre-approved invoices and monthly reporting of the state of the budget
- Closely follow industry trends and news and proactively reflect trends into brand campaigns
- Closely monitor customer feedbacks (especially on social media) and the listening trends, coordinate responsible customer operations team for our corporate social media account. Prepare monthly reports
- Manage & take part in digital campaigns and digital content using online media channels especially social media, influencer marketing and including digital collaborations, display, mobile, SEO/SEM
- Lead & take part in online and offline all communication creative process
- Lead & take part in media buying and manage media agency on-time
- Measure and report performance of all marketing communication campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs and ROI)
