Job Description:
Purpose
The Marketing Implementer Indirect Turkey is part of the Indirect Marketing Operations Team and is responsible to implement the annual marketing plans via various distributors in the local market in collaboration with the indirect marketing specialist, the sales team and the technical team. It is a commercial front line role which supports the marketing specialist to implement the marketing plan This is an ideal role for a junior marketer or someone who is new to marketing who wants to gain frontline experience with a view to gaining experience to pursue a future career in marketing.
Accountabilities
The Marketing Implementer Indirect is accountable for:
- Implementing the growth incentives End-to End (Multinet, fuel cards, etc). It means looking after the communication around the incentive, progress payment checks and loading and finally confirmation to the distributor. It also includes the card generation and delivery to the new distributor staff.
- Coordinating the delivery of the relevant promotions and welcome packs to the distributors according to the annual marketing plan.
- Coordinating customer CVP events with distributors and sales managers.
-Working collaboratively with the Digital Marketing team, the technical team and local agencies to localise communication and assets for the Turkish market.
-Ensuring the right brand compliance for all marketing assets (print, social media, etc) as well as merchandising developed.
- Preparing new visual collections from Creative Hub for automotive, motorcycle, on/off highway and industrial in coordination with the local branding agency for independent workshops and fairs.
- Providing data insights and feedback on promotions/campaigns to allow the Marketing Specialist to run post investment reviews and assess the return on investment of specific promotions/campaigns.
- Gathering regularly insights on new trends in the lubricants market.
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Team on digital tools updates such as the Shell website and Market Hub.
- Assisting the marketing specialist in any local and regional activities when and where required.
- Being an active team member sharing good practices and learning from activities not being as successful as expected (learner mindset).
