Sorumluluklar

Ensure all mechanical maintenance activities are carried out described in GSAP/Streamline. including the keeping of records, monitoring of maintenance costs, and production performance, and are performed in accordance with the agreed schedules and consistent with HSSE rules and standard operating procedures

Understanding and use of all the L-GAME process (Reliability and Integrity Process, Maintenance Execution Process, Projects Process) in accordance with the Asset Management System. Keep GAME Master Data updated.

Coaching mechanical maintenance foreman and safety operators

Trackig all Maintenance KPIs ( MSA, OEE, Critical Order Follow up etc )

Improve all mechanical maintenance processes and decrease breakdowns

Create and review SOPs and PRTs prepare root cause analyze reports

Takes responsibility of maintaining mechanic & pneumatic equipment within the plant

Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services.

Review R&I Process annually and provide necessary revisions to focal point

Maintain equipment availability and minimize equipment downtime (establish an agreed KPI to take monthly monitoring, i.e. Planned Maintenance, Breakdowns, Maintenance Opex Performance … etc.)

Promote a strong HSSE and Continuous Improvement culture amongst team members and contractors.

Coach, train and lead safety operators and contactors in performance of their duties.

Support preparing technical specifications for new projects relevant with mechanical works support if needs any issue for /electrical/electronically and automation works.

Support Project Engineer and Projects Supervisor for execution of the project ,

Supervise improvement projects not required PMS And HSSE improvements.

Work with site all plant supervisors to ensure asset availability is maximized.

Focal point of main mechanical & electrical service supplier contract.

Back up role for IM warehouse activities (perform annual wall to wall counts, inventory optimization etc.) and support Electrical& Automation Maintenance Supervisor

Support to minimize spending on utilities (fuel / gas / electricity / water) through efficient management of the related contracts (compressor units, boilers, treatment units, etc)

Fully compliant with ISO9001 Management Quality system, ISO27001 Information security management systems, IATF 16949 International Automotive Task Force, TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 10002 Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction Quality Management Systems, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems standards/procedures/work instruction
