The Mobility CR Manager Turkey is part of the Mobility Management Team and pivotal to the transformation of Shell’s Mobility business into the Best On-the-go and Short Stay Retailer and the Market Leading Mobility Retailer. This requires driving a customer centric organisation, with a business model that is resilient in the energy transition
Purpose
The CR Manager co-creates the market unit strategies, leads and inspires 25 CR professionals to deliver outstanding CVP’s, programs and commercial agreements, and engages and enables the whole Mobility organization to deliver flawless execution.
This role represents Shell Mobility in Industry forum’s and establishes and maintains mutually beneficial brand partnerships with the world’s leading Fast Moving Customer Goods (FMCG), Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Fresh Food & Beverage specialist as well as Shell internal partners in particular Global Commercial Lubricants.
Mobility Turkey has an ambitious growth agenda, where one strategic pillar is further maximizing the value delivered via non-fuels Mobility activities. The CR Manager is responsible for identifying and delivering the incremental convenience retail value.
Our ideal candidate is a highly talented professional with a minimum of 5+ year experience in a retail & format management environment.
Accountabilities
Accountable for safe convenience retail operations, centered around customer, service champions and our suppliers. Special focus should be given to safe food operations (e.g. HACCP and Allergens).
Accountable for formulating and delivering the convenience retail strategy in the Turkey. Ensure that delivery of the plans are aligned with the strategic objectives and desired outcomes for Turkey as committed in investment proposals and Performance Unit targets.
Accountable for developing and delivery of profitable Shop Formats, including format maintenance in close cooperation with the global CR team, Category Management, Network and Sales, enabling predictable spend of the Value Add and Growth Capex.
Accountable for initiating and reviewing convenience Mobility partnerships.
Accountable for formulating and delivering the CR sustainability strategy and targets in cooperation with stakeholders; e.g. Sustainability manager, supply chain partners and Sales
Responsible for delivering end-to-end value optimization initiatives, including reducing operational cost on-site.
Responsible for growing the CR footprint with Dealer Owner sites in TURKEY.
Provides leadership, role modelling and line management to CR team to have a happy, healthy and successful team incl. functional interfaces with HSSE, C&P, Network, Sales and Finance
Act as an active member of the Turkey Mobility Management Team

Special Challenges
The CR Mobility team in collaboration with Network and Sales and Operation must create preferred destination offers, enabling strong CR revenue growth whilst customer demand for fossil fuels declines.
In collaboration with Contracting and Procurement drive an ambitious sustainability agenda in category management, in order to reduce food waste, reduce packaging waste and improve recyclability of the packaging materials.
As E-mobility is a growing and rapidly changing business, the content of this role is likely to evolve as new growth opportunities arise. This will provide top talent with a set of new challenges to thrive on as they personally contribute to shaping the future of E-mobility.
The e-mobility related roles sit spread across the business. It will require the staff involved to collaborate well across Marketing, Sales, Fleet Solutions, CRT, Mobility and New Energies.

Inspirational servant leader who coaches, develops and empowers their own organization and beyond into Finance, Legal, HR and other parts of Shell to deliver truly efficient and effective E2E Operations. Must be able to do this from Senior Executive level to MMT level, TM’s as well as Retailers and forecourt staff.
