Operations Manager

Purpose
The role of the Operations Manager is to maximize enterprise value through effective operational excellence, internal communications, channel offer, learning, fuels quality and EMRA compliance by leading, coaching and improving retail operations team.
Accountabilities
• Ensure retail operations deliver its plan and grow in line with the strategy.
• Ensure the right level of focus is deployed to sales and operations teams for continued performance of high quality operating standards.
• Make sure that controls are in place, HSSE standards are met, and compliance is ensured.
• Ensure that competency level of the Operations Team is able to keep up with the very dynamic competitive landscape

Required Experience / Qualification
• Collaboration & Commercial Mindset: close coordination with sales and ops. team and with all relevant departments to deliver initiatives & actions which will provide the most benefit to the enterprise, taking into account both short & long-term considerations.
• Entrepreneurial Skills: be able to have the confidence and the credibility to test and initiate new ideas by acting together with the sales team.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: be able to adjust to the changing market environment but at the same time find ways to do the changes with reducing complexity and efficient processes.
• Strong team member with cross functional teams with excellent communications skills.
• 5 years of experience in retail operations in dealer environment, knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Demonstrable competence in managing operations, implementing ag.
