REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in financial or card payment industries, BKM experience, or alternative payment vendors.
• Understanding of Financial technologies and new payment models.
• Having a strong interest in payments and technology,
• Great team player, result oriented and creative character.
• Excellent spoken and written command of English and Turkish; influencing negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical skills for understanding and summarizing the data base.
• B2C & B2B and Retail know-how is an asset.
• Strategic Thinking & Strategic planning,
• Stress management under challenging circumstances
• Resilience & self-motivated
• Customer-centric mindset with an ability to simplify complexity.
• Needs to be able to assist for managing various local and global stakeholders.
• No direct reports – reporting to Payment Manager.
• Works closely with sales, operations, loyalty, B2B, digital and IT teams.
