JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and Execute Strategies on B2C and B2B Payment Processes for Retail. (B2C will be main priority)
Be well-versed and engaged with payment market trends and innovations, and keen to leverage our offers
Identify ways to increase customer payment experience
Identify ways to reduce cost by optimizing payment cost base
Work with Financials Institutions (both traditional and fintech) to develop efficient payment solutions
Set success KPIs, monitor and report performance dashboard for payment business
Manage long-term volume driving partnerships and be keen to drive growth within the Payment solutions
REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of Financial technologies and new payment models.
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial industries, Financial technologies, BKM /Bank experience or alternative payment vendors.
Advanced English is a Must.
B2C & B2B and Retail Know how is an asset.

No direct reports – reporting to Payment&Loyalty Team Lead.
Works closely with sales, operations, loyalty, B2B, digital and IT teams
There will be preferred candidate.
