Job Description:
The role of the Sales and Performance Coordinator is to maximize enterprise value through effective sales performance analysis, Develop high quality business information analysis that support the Mobility Management Team in business decision making and support all Business Reviews with business relevant information, direct support to Mobility Sales & Acquisition Manager.
Improve reporting standards of pricing team through automatization and lead the team through the digitalization
• Applies digital tools and agile approaches for project management and improve digital tools for sales team to bel able to see their performance at both operational and sales level.
• Ensure high quality performance management tools & reports, prepare business performance reports on sales, financial and operational KPIs for all levels of Sales & Operations team by providing and gathering accurate and proper data sets based on contractual values
• Provide efficient and effective administrative support to Pricing Demand manager and assist in optimizing long-term profitability.
• Responsible for C5 margin analysis per site and compare the actuals vs IP, support volume analysis and report
• Produce quality reporting on main levers of business development, including sales, profitability, promotions, fleet, network activities and building the appropriate network of contacts in order to retrieve the needed information from each stakeholder
• Support business planning with margin calculations
• Responsible for demand forecast accuracy for mobility fuels by forecasting monthly, quarterly and yearly volume projection analyses
- Responsible for the T&R process from national target to site by site level
• Produce high quality reports on site by site volume and margin evolution and follow-up with sales teams to ensure improved performance
• Support the development of performance management tools for retailers
• Retail focal during intervention period for fuels, coordinate protection clause implementation, prepare prompt high quality analysis and action plan in order to maintain the margin in line with contractual terms
• Analyze and report on key market developments
• Coordination with trading and supply with end to end approach
• Support Sales&Operations with weekly performance KPIs
• Develop Site Visits Analysis Pack and collect related relevant business data from all the different functions involved.
• Identify gaps to T&R and propose actions on time
• Act promptly according to the defined Service Level Agreement for all processes
• Analyze site elasticity on prices in a way that can support decision making regarding optimization of volume/margin
• Deal with all related IT specific tools, in a particular moment of continuous change and integration between systems
SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Proven experience of being a strong team member by working with cross functional contacts and excellent communications skills
• Good understanding of Retail Business
• Experience in demand forecast management, contract management and projection analysis
• Work experience and/or Education in economics
• Excellent use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Macros and Access) and solid ability to query pricing related data from business warehouse and manipulate data in excel and/or access.
• Strong Analytics background: Integration of data from different pricing tools to come up with more solid insights by FPS, ARMED, GSAP, margin tool, etc.
• Excellent use of Pricing IT systems and solid ability to lead pricing related datas in excel and data analytics tool such as Alteryx
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Demonstrable competence in managing fuel pricing system, implementing agreed pricing strategy and standard processes, building relationships with Territory Managers, delivering the fuel pricing element of Retail Customer Commitment
• English knowledge will be considered as a must
