Job Description:
Purpose
Act as Sourcing expert for an allocated for Turkey. Delivering the best Talent to Shell by matching internal/external candidates to open positions. Share expert labour market knowledge with Recruiters and hiring managers to allow for informed resourcing decisions.
Responsibilities
• Develop thorough business knowledge and understanding of role requirements
• Partner with the Recruiter to determine the best-fit sourcing strategy to attract active and latent talent candidates
• Source internal/external candidates based on open positions
• Pro-actively build external pipelines for high value skill pools
• Provide data on internal/external candidates to Recruiter
• Share expert knowledge on effective attraction strategies and sourcing channels
• Fully utilise sourcing channels available i.e. LinkedIn, Jobboards, referrals and Shell Talent Community and new advanced technology tools
• Deliver results in line with Global Resourcing KPI’s
• Be a visible advocate of Diversity & Inclusion
• Act as a Shell Ambassador in the external market, engaging important networks and associations
• Identifying and handling first level screening of candidates for current vacancies and future talent purposes
• Advising and using the most appropriate sourcing channel(s)
• Researching and keeping knowledge of suitable sourcing channels for future vacancies
• Monitoring success of sourcing channels for future knowledge
• Follow up on referrals, attending networking events and generally building a pipeline of possible candidates for designated skill pools
• Drafting and posting of job advertisements on internal & external job boards while monitoring responses/success and maintaining job advert library
• Data mining for all posted vacancies, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy of questions to successfully screen candidates
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure the right candidates are being targeted to apply for positions
• Maintaining talent pools of candidates within assigned skill pools
• Conducting resume screening of candidates for all posted positions according to agreed screening criteria
• Decision making on candidates to be short listed for interviews
• Conducting telephone screening of potential candidates
• Managing engagement of search agency contracts and monitoring performance trough to shortlist stage
• Receive information from Recruiter on overall candidate performance at interview/assessment for learning and screening refinement purposes.
