• This role requires strong 360 leadership approach to engage and inspire, and maximizing high performance through team members and others.
• Interface with global category manager, provide necessary reporting through to the global organization and implement global deals/projects in the market where necessary
Required Experience
Experience in Convenience Retailing & Mobility & L
Dealing with major suppliers Strong business commercial acumen and ability to identify ‘mutual values’ from each business partnerships
Category lead
Long & short-term strategies to development
Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
Team leader and team player, with ability to lead and motivate a medium size team
Fluent in English.
