We are looking for a new program coordinator who will join our YGA Global Impact team and lead our university programs that discover and raise double-winged youths who help us look to the future with hope!


What is YGA?

YGA is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in Turkey.

It cultivates a double-winged youth to make us hopeful for the world’s future. These young individuals improve their two wings - conscience and competency - while developing international ventures that provide social benefits. The technology-based social innovations YGA alums have developed include Up School, WeWalk, Twin Science, Piri Guide, Poilabs, and TYT.

Sorumluluklar

  • Designing educational programs for university students in line with YGA’s strategy and developing them according to feedback from the field
  • Planning the volunteering activities to be held in different provinces of Turkey and coordinating the pre-trainings for volunteers
  • Closely following the personal development processes of all volunteers
  • Evaluating opportunities for new collaborations and tracking grant applications
  • Making sure that ongoing projects are carried out following the schedule and checklist
  • Doing program KPI’s analysis and reporting
  • Increasing the Program’s efficiency and effectiveness using automation and technology platforms

Aranan Nitelikler

  • 3+ years of experience in project/program management
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Profeciency in edtech and CRM tools (learning management systems, padlet, airtable, miro etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
  • Strong sense of initiative
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Experience leading Agile projects is a plus.
  • Volunteer experience is a plus.
  • Should be based in Turkey, but remote work is acceptable.
