We're looking a for Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team.
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to Youthall's development by identifying and building long-term partnerships with students, universities, and student diversity organizations. You will develop and execute various outreach and communication strategies aimed at promoting the Youthall brand and developing a pipeline of university students for short-term hiring needs and long-term pipeline development.
You will also contribute to the overall success of the team by providing high-quality client services. You'll devise innovative ways to build partnerships and encourage students to apply to various university graduate or internship roles at Youthall.
In this role, you may travel during the Fall and Spring campus outreach seasons as needed.
