About Us

EESTEC LC (local committee) Izmir is a part of EESTEC International and has been active since 2011 and it is based on Dokuz Eylül University.EESTEC International has over 10000 members and LC Izmir currently has more than 500 registered members and is one of the 5 commitments in Turkey and one of the 58 commitments in EESTEC. This assosication aims to increase the academical knowledge transfer amongs the student from same subjects through seminars and worksops, and to strenghten the communication amongs those brilliant minds with providing networking possibilities. Also another aim of the assosication is to make students familiar with the education system and industry of each European country. EESTEC is a non profit assosication for licence and master level students which creates opportunities to go abroad socialize and improve all students across Europe.

EESTEC LC(Local Committee) Izmir, EESTEC International’a bağlı, 2011’den beri aktif olarak çalışan, Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi merkezli, uluslararası 10000’in üzerinde ve LC Izmir olarak şu anda 500’ün üzerinde kayıtlı üyeye sahip, Türkiye’deki 5 LC ve uluslararası 58 LC’den biridir. Bu topluluk lisans ve yüksek lisans öğrencilerine yönelik değişik ülkelerde benzer alanlarda eğitim gören öğrencilerin seminerler kanalıyla teknik bilgi birikimini arttırmak olduğu gibi, bu öğrencilerin birbirleriyle olan iletişimini güçlendirmek ve aralarında fikir alışverişi yapmalarını sağlamaktır. Ayrıca bu organizasyonun diğer bir amacı da öğrencilere diğer ülkelerdeki eğitim sistemini ve endüstriyi tanıtmaktır. Öğrencilere yurtdışına çıkma imkanını sunmayı amaç edinen sosyal ve kar amacı gütmeyen bir üniversite topluluğudur.
