What we expect from you:

• Design, develop and implement solutions that improves the stability, scalability, availability, and latency of the Foreks Digital products.
• Solve problems occurring with systems - build solutions and automation to prevent them from happening again.
• Build effective monitoring to monitor the health of your system and jump in to handle outages.
• Develop automation codes, to update and deploy our products with zero-downtime, across our multinational data centers and cloud environment.
• Build and deploy tools to assist the development teams with successfully releasing 100s of deployment every week.
• Share the on-call rotation and be an escalation contact for incidents.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Familiarity and understanding in at least one of the programming languages. (Python or Bash preferred)
• Knowledge of agile software development tools and methodologies. (Git, GitLab, etc.)
• Solid foundation in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of protocols and standards like TCP, HTTP, UDP, DNS, SSL/TLS (you also know where they are in the OSI model)
• Ability to identify repeatable tasks/jobs and automate them using CI/CD fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code technologies; such as Ansible, CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals – AWS, Azure.
• Additional knowledge or experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and other container orchestration tools are desirable.
• Monitoring / observability technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, Elasticsearch are a plus.
• Having Relational and Non-Relation DB knowledge is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Any AWS Certification is big plus.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient command of the English language, both written and spoken.
