Psylabs is currently looking for a Human Resources Consultant to join the Istanbul team.

We are a global consulting firm that assists organizations in many ways, such as having a better understanding about the essence of talent. Psylabs team consists of international academics, workplace psychologists, technologists and senior consultants who work together to satisfy diversified organizational needs.

Sorumluluklar

  • Manage the full range of our services (Assessment & Development Centers and Online Psychometric Assessments).
  • Lead Consultants and Senior Consultants to manage our associate network to deliver assessment projects.
  • Assessing potential candidates or current employees and delivering in-depth behavioral insight in either written or verbal format on the basis on psychometrics assessments and / or face to face techniques such as competency-based interviewing and assessment & development centers.
  • Working closely with the commercial team, participating in presales conversations with clients to contribute expert knowledge and shaping talent solutions.
  • Further grow out client relationships through delivering high-quality project deliverables.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Master degree in related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Assessment and Development Center projects through consultancies or/and relevant HR departments (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Training & Development etc.).
  • Good knowledge of core industrial/organizational psychology topics such as competency modelling, selection, talent management, organizational assessment, leadership development, performance management and training.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Great organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ambitious, organized, results-oriented, socially confident.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Fluent in English.
