ALPLA Internship Program

Are you eager to begin your career in a dynamic and globally recognized organization? Seek no more! ALPLA, a leading company in the packaging solutions industry, is thrilled to announce openings for our Internship Program. This program provides the chance to gain practical experience across different departments while collaborating with industry experts.

Following the conclusion of the short-term internship period at ALPLA, a long-term internship program spanning 10 months will commence. Students who have completed short-term internships at ALPLA will receive priority consideration for participation in this extended internship program.

Internship program will be conducted at the plants in Gebze, Ankara (Elmadağ), Konya, and Adana, as well as our central office located in Ataşehir.

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT?

• Enrolled in undergraduate programs at universities (Internship opportunities are available in Sales, Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning departments).
• Strong interest in gaining experience in different departments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish is required.

•  Collaborate with various departments to gain hands-on experience in different aspects of our operations.
•  Assist in project management and implementation under the guidance of experienced professionals.
•  Contribute to the development and execution of departmental strategies and initiatives.
•  Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
•  Support day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
