We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Human Resources Specialist for 6 months in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

Sorumluluklar

Improving the internal communication strategy,
Effective roll out EGGER corporate communicaation,
First contact for EGGER Campus Project,
Improving EGGER training system and build up effective infrastructure of e-learnings,
Carrying out all the processes of internal and external training organizations; getting training requests from departments and creating training plans,
Managing communication tools egger.net, digital boards, EGGER TV etc.
Responsible for egger aktuel and some team activities, social clubs etc.
Shared partnership role in career fairs with employer branding.

Aranan Nitelikler

BSc/MSc degree in related fields,
1-2 years of experience in HR related functions,
Excellent written and conversational skills in English,
Good command of MS Office applications,
Good team player with strong problem solving skills,
Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills,
Self-motivated and have business mind-set.
