Sorumluluklar
- Order management process” for customers; collecting orders, planning and dispatching,
- Use an ERP system to track questions and answers as well as enter and track the status of orders,
- Handling the communication traffic such as e-mail, telephone etc. with the customers
- Providing timely, accurate responses to customers,
- Coordinating internal processes according to customer expectations (planning, purchasing, logistic),
- Developing projects to increase customer satisfaction via involving related internal processes and/or third parties,
- Prepare periodical and statistical reports for management review.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Graduated from related departments of the universities,
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
- ERP system experience is an asset,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong and long-term customer relationships,
- Analytical thinking, result-oriented, enthusiastic, problem solving, customer orientation skills,
- Self-motivated, positive, energetic and eager to learn continuously,
- Experience in labelling & packaging industry is an asset.
