Accountabilities:
• Lead communication of businesses outside the JV (Aviation, Gas and Power, Marine, Chemicals, Upstream) in line with their business strategies.
• Develop energy transition stakeholder engagement plan and an integrated communication strategy.
• Execute the stakeholder engagement plan to support further growth of the business and further strengthen company reputation and visibility.
• Communicate the global developments and Shell’s progress in energy transition locally.
• Benchmark good practices internally and externally.
• Partnering with Businesses to communicate the developments and progress in energy transition.
• Develop social media communication strategy for top management and deploy.
• Monitor the output and outcome of the plan and leverage the data to assess the effectiveness of communication activities.
Key competences required- Intermediate Level:
Proven experience in reputation and risk management, content creation, stakeholder management, brand management, digital & social media management and leadership communication.
An understanding and ongoing interest of ESG issues, trends, risks & opportunities and reporting standards, metrics.
