As a HSSE Advisor in Retail HSSE team we would like to work with a candidate;

Management of local incident reporting portal

Monitoring and supporting of all Company operated site incidents investigation processes and prepare Learning From Incidents sheets. 

Monitoring Retail HSSE performance and prepare dashboards to share with Leadership Team.

Focal point of Retail Management of Change process.

Support to Contract Holders about Contract HSSE Management process.

Regular review and update of Retail Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Site Level ERP.

Regular review and update of Retail HSSE Management System.

Prepare and update all HSSE procedures where necessary.

Establish and operate of Retail HSSE recognition program

Keep update the HSSEhub (HSSE communication platform) for Retail sites.

Close cooperation with OSGBs of Company Operation Retail sites.

Inspecting and evaluating physical standards and behavioral aspects of HSSE at Retail sites

As a HSSE Advisor in Retail HSSE team we would like to work with a candidate;  

Graduated from the Department of Engineering of universities, preferably Electrical.  

Experienced at least 5 years in HSSE position, preferably in Energy Sectors.  

Being a Class B or C Occupational Safety expert  

Preferably, have an internationally valid certificate on Occupational Safety such as NEBOSH  

Having knowledge of statistics, analysis and reporting  

Knowledge of MS Office applications, and reporting skills strengths  

Strong communication and coordination skills,  

Able to work as a team, high communication competencies  

Able to adapt dynamic working environment   

Eager and open to self-development and learning,  

Keen to keep up with the new digital age and will be able to develop his/her business in a creative way  

Advance level of English language skills in terms of speaking, writing and understanding  

Integrated Management System experience  

Experience on Contractor Capability Assessment Process  

Experience on HSSE Risk Assessment process.
