Background:
• GKA Supply Development Deal Manager develops and delivers a robust and competitive supply chain for our Global Key Account customers. The team ensures Shell has a world-class, globally efficient lubricants supply chain that enables us to fulfil the delivery promise on products, service, value, and energy transition to our strategic customers, both now and into the future, and adapts seamlessly to changing customer expectations as well as winning new business at a sustainable competitive cost.
Purpose:
• The GKA Supply Development Deal Manager works as One Team across the Lubricants business areas to realize a profitable, deal-winning, safe and sustainable supply chain for our most strategic customers. Continuously supporting existing and new GKA customers through world class supply chain performance, Deal Managers particularly focus on finding customized supply chain solutions for new business opportunities and support the Sales community by providing accurate overview of the supply chain costings at deal level.
• This role will also drive value by supporting Supply Development Managers generating and pursuing Integrated Business Value improvements and cost optimization activities at account level. This includes taking a holistic approach and leading E2E value driver identification and value lever analysis, by connecting Sales, Marketing, Finance and LSC as needed, and acts as the funnel for framing opportunities.

• Strong team working/collaboration capabilities
• Previous LSC experience preferred,
• Commerciality: LSC is building a highly professional, commercially focused organization. Strong commercial skills and experience are critical to achieve our aims.
• Experience with integrated SAP/ERP systems and LSC tools
• Experience of working in a multinational environment
• Good understanding of the E2E Value Chain, with experience in S&OP or Supply Planning.
• Project management experience a bonus

• Accountable for the delivery of operational GKA Supply Development activities:
• Tender Assessment Process - custodian of the end-to-end dealsheet process Coordination of supply chain feasibility assessment of tenders for GKA customers (spanning more than 1 region)
• Coordination of costing assessment for GKA tenders and GKA portfolio enhancements · Support GKA Supply Development Managers to manage resolution of operational issues and ensure OTIF performance and Customer Satisfaction
• Support GKA Supply Development Managers in flawless execution of new business wins
• Drive maximisation of end-to-end margin by:
• Supporting LSC GKAMs on IBV optimisation activities, offer improvements, and cost Optimisation activities
• Act as the focal point for LPC simulation and LPC queries
• Working with LSC GKAMs on developing improved ways of working and optimised supply options for GKAs
• Responsible for using existing and future IBV toolsets to identify value opportunities
• Coordination of data input for GKAs KPI reporting and analysis, compliance reviews, long term planning activities and/or key metrics on GKA performance
• Leading by example, drive world class customer focus and help sharpen the commercial edge of LSC by bringing the voice of the customer into LSC discussions.
