Job Description:
CR Business Analyst is responsible for creating and implementing pricing strategies with Revenue Growth Manager & Category managers. S/he will be responsible for running day to day business such as prices changes, promotions, POS system changes with minimizing value leakage in NFR financial operations. S/he is the focal point of NFR data and will support the business with analyses and insight reports to create value. S/he will create value in NFR with growth & business development projects working closely with IT and CP teams.
Pricing & Data Responsibilities
- New pricing analysis and approaches, creating new tiers for the pricing strategy, global communication of pricing strategy
- Management & Implementation of pricing in CO Sites
- Checking of buying prices & minimizing value leakage
- Responsible for category profitability & pricing benchmark & pricing segmentation
- Tiers pricing system & external price benchmark
- Preparation & creating insights from Category & Sub-Category Reports
- Monthly KPI report & sharing with insights on Business performance based on all KPI's
- Weekly LE forecast & reporting
- Effective product mapping of categories and subcategories
- Responsible for implementation of new CR initiatives
- Responsible for implementation of related Regulation Changes that effects NFR operations
- Working with complex and large amounts of sales data including creating data base, compiling, analysing, interpreting and presenting it visually in a clear-compelling manner to create insight and value to the business
- Effective usage of the big data tool, Alteryx, to process and analyze big data
- Alteryx workflow creations, implementation and maintenance
- Power BI report creations and implementations
- Creating insight reports to support categories such as site and SKU based daily sales reports, stock reports, pareto analysis, basket affinity analysis, regression analysis etc. using Alteryx
- Effective SKU mapping of categories and subcategories for RSTS integration
- Identifying and monitoring the actions required to improve the NFR data quality score
- Project management lead of Global Space Planning project for the implementation to Turkey
- Implementation of global tools such as SMAL, CRPT, basket affinity tool etc.
- NFR Turkey sharepoint page focal point and responsible of database maintenance
- Implementation & maintenance of Promaks
- Co-support and data support for the Cross-Loyalty project.
- Back-up for Revenue and Growth Manager
Implementation of Promotions & Monitoring Category Margins
- Responsible for promotional implementations for site based or central such as active sales, buy 2 pay less and other cross promotions
- Post promotion analysis for the local promotions
- Responsible for supporting the connection with CP & Finance teams
- Manage & Implement cross-sell opportunities & baskes size analyses within NFR to maximize value & basket size from current customer base by using advanced data analytics & tools.
- Prepare plans and actuals according to deliver category margin targets
