To carry out the field coordination of the training team within the Mobility Sales Operations team and to be responsible for the follow-up and performance of the 6 fuel quality specialists in accordance with our HSSE goals
• Lead and follow up closely 6 Fuels Quality Control Specialists’ operations, goals, performance and their individual improvement,
1. Ensure Goal Zero Target for Team. Follow up closely (Near Miss, UAA Reports, Journey Management Plan and HSSE Check List etc.). Follow up and track SRC and Psycho-technical training, test and certification,
2. Check that the Journey Management Plan is in place and is being followed, review the Journey and any changes to decide whether to update the JMP; Verify that Drivers comply with the duty, driving and rest hours of the JMP.
3. Ensure Fuels Samples Operations in operational,
4. To be sure fuels quality for NTI/NTS and Dealer Change projects before sales operations,
5. Support to CSC, OTC Retail Team about Fuels Technical Issues. Support to Retail & Commercial sales and marketing activities,
6. Coordinate and report regular site control visits of team for tank water and pump calibrations controls,
7. Manage the cost of FQC Team according to the budget,
8. Define and follow up the chronic water problems in tanks. To try to find permanent solutions with help of sales and engineering team collaborations,
9. Coordinate team meeting, training and orientation organizations,
10. Visit Derince Laboratory for alignment of sample analyze process once a year.
11. Attend to site visit/field activities with FQC Team regularly,
• Work closely with all stakeholders; Retail Sales Team, CO B2C Team & Marketing & Retail Network Engineering & EMRA Volume Reconciliation Team for operational excellence and also work so closely with Product Quality Advisor.

- This position is an office position. It is necessary to spend time with personnel and field teams by making field visits at necessary times. In this context, those who are aware of their operational priorities, implement it in the field and make decisions accordingly will be important during the election.
