Sorumluluklar

Accountabilities

The purpose of this job is to implement the loyalty strategies in line with Marketing short & long-term growth strategy and effectively support the Loyalty Team.

  • Prepare and analyze payment & loyalty related reports (Smart, Cross Loyalty, loyalty dashboard, Competitor Analysis etc.) and support loyalty plan on regular basis
  • Assist Payment& Loyalty Team by creating management reports & team presentations.
  • Creating Alteryx reports and using Alteryx tool for loyalty analysis.
  • Support the delivery of loyalty marketing plan by actively leveraging digital channels.
  • Responsible for partnership & campaign operations, supporting loyalty manager for partnership operations such issuing, deleting points, invoicing, VOC points issuance, new site openings etc.
  • Responsible for shellsmart.com and Shell app operations: reporting, news and tracking mobile KPI’s on regular basis while supporting Loyalty Manager for Shell app strategy and roadmap
  • Attend and actively participate regular global calls for Shell app and loyalty program
  • Support Payment &Loyalty Team members to implement local marketing activities within budget and timeframe
  • Operate as part of global and/or local project teams, within the application portfolio
  • Work collaboratively with different line of businesses to generate value
  • Take personal responsibility for data protection and privacy at all times while complying all HSSE and Shell governance policies
  • This role will report to Loyalty Manager.

Requirements

  • University graduate,
  • 2 years of job experience/marketing experience is a plus,
  • Fluency in English is a must,
  • Advanced MS Office Skills required,
  • High analytical mindset,
  • Advanced communication and follow up skills,
  • Proactive and strategic thinking,
  • Ability to manage stakeholders from different businesses,
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and organize responsibilities, with excellent reasoning skills,
  • Excellent team player and multi-tasker,
  • Passionate about technology, digitalization and loyalty programs,
  • Curious about consumer insights & external market initiatives,
  • Able to deliver under time pressure and deliver on strict deadlines,
  • Passionate to get initiative and self-motivated.
