Sorumluluklar

• To provide support for developments/operations in 3 suppliers of 40 million TL and the consistency of the reports provided from them.

• Twentify, Biozymes, Rulopak, Akçay operational tracking and deteckting issues and solve them.

• PMTDR Application process, visa procedures, Arrangement and shipping of souvenirs

• Maintain and assure business and process materials (SOP) of OE are consistently reviewed, updated as required and stored for access by all team

• Sending the wellcome ballot box and organizing the opening images

• Mobility EVP reward support

• Editing the RVP V2-3-4 report and sharing it with Vendors

• Editing and sharing of VOC comments, reporting

• Control and tracking of incoming invoices

• Creation of PO, GSAP Invoice entries and troubleshooting problems

• To be in close communication with Field, Marketing, pricing and third party companies as a one team.

• Preparation of the WC Report & objection tracking

• To be part of Women's energy project at Shell+ Report process

• Update and control of all reports such as automated PMTDR, report card, incentive, etc.

• Field engagement; site visits and follow-up of phone calls and e-mails from the field.

• Creation of sharefolder domain archives

• Visual demands and nameplate production processes for sites

• Monthly site data update and sharing.

• Attending Site visit and regular HSSE meetings and team meetings

• GBW- BEA process

• Preparing presantation of KPI’s

• Additional supports (Marketing-Corporate Communication-Field-NFR Oct.)


Aranan Nitelikler

• Bachelor degree

• Good command of English

• Analytical minded, Able to set good communication with field sales team, reporting skills and good team player with Continuous Improvement mindset

• Ability to multi task management and work under pressure

• Good command of MS Office Applications, especially Excel ande PPT

• Fast learner

• Stakeholder management
