Purpose & Accountabilities:
• Performing RBA commission calculations according to monthly business plans, obtaining the necessary approvals and providing invoice requests and records
• Checking and reporting sales invoices related to the Commertial Fuels business line(CMF)
• Performing monthly tax calculations, obtaining tax approvals and preparing e-declarations and obtaining GIB accruals(VAT1,VAT2,Withholding Tax,Stump Tax.GEKAP)
• Monthly calculation and invoicing RBA's offsets
• Invoicing of Supplier income , participation share and other revenues of vendors from CR business line
• Fulfillment of invoicing processes and records related to the LNG business line.
• Control of wholesale invoices and reconciliation of EMRA
• Determining the difference invoices related to wholesale customers, organizing with STAŞ sales team and obtaining their approvals, making the necessary invoicing
• Responding to the letters requesting information by the Tax Audit Board in coordination with the Country tax team
• Responding to requests from independent audit firms by fulfilling the necessary control processes
• Supporting IT in coordination with IT for problems experienced in e-transformation processes related to IT infrastructure
• Monthly fuel inventory counts are obtained from the stations and uploaded to ERP
• Issuance of IG group expense reflecting invoices. (Monthly reporting and invoicing of all expenses of an average of 120 people on SPAS payroll)
• Recording insurance policies, making reconciliations, obtaining the necessary approvals and ensuring their payments (Life insurance, Health insurance, Hazardous materials and hazardous waste insurance, site insurance)
• Recording of prepaid expense items
• Preparation of Monthly Fuel Stock Day Report
Dimensions:
There are 86 sites in 8 different provinces of Turkey and 37 station managers (RBA's). The role will support the General Accounrting Team Leader to ensure that all accounting activities at both the sites and the Head Office are maintained and carried out in a timely manner in accordance with company rules and policies by controlling the sales that occur on the sites and reducing potential risks. Also this role calculates and controls about 60% of SPAS's annual Opex.
