Sorumluluklar
Purpose & Accountabilities:
• Making relevant general ledger accounting postings
· Management, monitoring and reporting of supplier reconciliation processes
· Posting supplier invoices into the system
· Coordinating the daily accounting transactions between sites and the central accounting
· Controlling the accuracy of transactions in the area of responsibility
· Ensuring effective communication with other stakeholders for collection of accurate and timely information to be used in reporting,
· Supporting on month-end closing activities in line with deadlines by proactive planning, communication with stakeholders and other team members.
· Performing the accounting records of the documents in a timely and complete manner, to ensure that the e-invoice, e-archive invoice, e-waybill processes are carried out,
· Supports resolving external and internal audit findings.
· Assisting with other accounting projects, as needed.
· Supports Site Accounting Team Lead for any other business required.
Controlling the physical cash in the site by reconciling 100 cash accounts between the site and the head office accounts, which is one of the most important controls in terms of cash risk.
Dimensions:
• There are 80 sites located at 7 different cities of Turkey and 44 site accountants are performing daily accounting tasks at those sites. The role will be responsible for 15 sites to assure all accounting activities at sites and Head office are maintained and done on time as per company rules & policies by mitigating any possible risks.

• Proven record of experience on site accounting and general accounting processes.
• Good analytical skills
• Mastery on the ERPs used in SPAS; Logo and Promaks systems.
• Good knowledge on MS Excel.
• Having business acumen and maintaining expertise of the business environment.
