Job Description:
Purpose
To ensure that Lubricant Supply Chain activities fully comply with Import and Export Regulations, EMRA (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) Legislation, tax regulations and other relevant regulations, to ensure communication with relevant institutions and to carry out audits.
Principle Accountabilities
• Fully compliant with IS09001 Management Quality system, IS027001 Information security management systems, IATF 16949 International Automotive Tasl< Force , TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 1 0002 Complaint Handling and Customer Satisfaction and IS045001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO50001 Energy Management Systems.
• To ensure coordination by establishing the necessary communication with Municipalities, Official Institutions and all relevant units in order to avoid any legal problems.
• To make all license, occupancy, license applications related to the facility and to coordinate all correspondence with official institutions.(Capacity Report, Industrial Registry, Industrial Registry, Copy of Registry, Trade Registry Gazette, EMRA License, Tax Plate, Mineral Oil License)
• Follow-up of TSE certificates and ensuring rem communication on EMRA time extension in case of changes.
• Daily control of the notifications falling into the KETSIS and TÜRKKEP system and distribution to the relevant Departments and consultants. Checking that the Fine Decisions and additional accual falling into the system are paid and keeping the penalty receipts. Comparing and checking the penalty decisions falling into the GET-APP system and KETSIS system and ensuring communication with the legal and tax departments.
• Participating in Ministry audits and following the process.
• To monitor that customs procedures are carried out in accordance with the AEO License, protect the AEO License and implement changes.
• To share any changes in Legislation of Customs and Foreign Trade with the related teams.
• To control import and export declarations and departmental documents in a monthly period.
• To control Suppliers' monthly reports and follow up their KPIs and assemble BPRs.
• Prepare monthly portfolio report to review CTN, EDG and procurement type and communicate the output to relevant parties.
• To monitor and manage Letter of Guarantee Releasing processes.
• To follow up and control the business of Import Coordinators Office Admin.
• To be a backup for the LSC Compliance...... and LSC Compliance & ……
• Ensure information security in LSC as ISO27001 and GRM focal point.

Required Experience Qualification
• University degree
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Applications especially Excel
• Experience with detailed data analysis especially tax related
• Knowledge on end-to-end Supply Chain operations
• Experience with integrated SAP/ERP systems
• Good communication and management of internal and external stakeholders especially government authorities
• Attention to details. Incorrect returns may lead to significant financial penalties for Shell.
• Ability to work under time/quality pressure
• Proactive and can-do attitude
• Fluency in English
