Job Description:
To perform scheduling services and activities that support and facilitate outbound shipments locally
This position acts as a focal point between Customer Operations, Production Planning, Gantry, Warehouse, Transportation and Sales
Principal Accountabilities:
• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF) as per agreed to service levels.
• Provide shipping department with schedule and documentation for next day loading.
• Provide shipment status reporting to all affected areas within Lubricant Supply Chain and Customer Operations
• Act as resolution owner of Customer complaints. Feedback outcomes to CSS colleagues who will communicate with customers
• Practice LAT behaviors, HSSE policies, and Shell Business Principles. Operate within the Manual of Authority and the Standard Offer Book
• TMS responsibility and bridge with CO to have an accurate process
• Coolant GI and GR processes. Daily/weekly communication with 3rd party for the e delivery notes
• Support Sales during price increase period for allocation process
• Focus on truck occupancy
• Daily scheduling reports
• Coolant operation and EDI control
• Trade compliance check for planning
• Support tests for bundle activities
Key Challenges:
• Back up role for marine scheduling activities; Local Marine and International marine
• Manage relationships with key interfaces such as Customer Operations, Production, Planning and Warehousing to meet On Time in Full (OTIF) requirements
