As HR Advice Advisor, you will be responsible for creating excellent line manager experiences through proactively addressing line managers’ needs. This individual will be expected to liaise with HR stakeholders for their expertise on complex cases and provide coaching and feedback to line managers.
In addition to building on his/her HR generalist skills, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop skills in CI (continuous improvement), stakeholder management and coaching.
• Change management support and end-to-end guidance on HR matters (eg. Performance Management, ER/IR matters, Policy & Benefit) to line managers
• Coaching junior colleagues within HR Advice and Country Operations
• Provide insights from case handling that can contribute to the development of potential intervention or CI initiatives (global/local) aimed at operational excellence
• Focus on continuously improving line managers’ experience through offering proactive advice
• Opportunity to engage with a wide range of stakeholders in HR to support the HR agenda and align with business strategy
• This role is the ‘face of HR’ to many within our workforce
