• Manages a team that translates organisational needs and developments to policies, plans and procedures for a small country or small business portion.
• Portfolio covers markets with lower complexity. One simple operating business model exists.
• Provides operational input from own area for departmental strategy and objectives. Is accountable for realization of operational plan.
• Has multiple (groups of) internal and external stakeholders on tactical and strategic levels and manages opposite interests.
Typically as an individual contributor:
• Delivers the works as assigned, applying the work procedures, frameworks. Decides which approach they take; however, guidance could be provided by more senior colleagues.
• Portfolio scope is local. One complicated operating business model exists.
• Has multiple stakeholders to manage.
