Purpose & Accountabilities
The Lubricants Marketing Manager is responsible to create and deliver the marketing plan in the local market in collaboration with the sales community. It is a commercial front line role with significant customer exposure having both budget and performance responsibilities. The Marketing Manager turns our business strategy into bottom line value and is our ear in the market to feed local customer requirements into the organization.
The role of the Marketing Manager is accountable for:
• Generating market insights and creating a local marketing strategy to reach the delivery targets of the local market together with the Direct Business Manager.
• Leading the PAT (Pipeline Acceleration Team) to accelerate pipeline delivery and align priorities. Own the local direct lead pipeline generation and manage the pipeline sufficiency process together with the sales team.
• Delivering account based marketing for targeted accounts and implementing annual growth strategy
• Creating a three year roadmap for the local market, aligned with the channel and sector priorities and in collaboration with the Direct Business Manager and European sector marketers
• Owning and delivering the local customers marketing activation plan (aftermarket growth plan/ training/ loyalty programs) together with the sales team
• Maximizing the return on investment from the local SP&A budget
• Adapting the EU/global Customer Value Propositions to create tailored offers for the biggest local prospects/customers in the pipeline and personally deliver the offers together with sales.
• Owning the implementation of new products in the local market for both the direct and indirect channel and feeding local product/pricing needs into the PLM and sector lead functions
The position is part of the Europe Direct marketing organization and will report to the Marketing Direct Operation Manager. The Marketing Manager will be key in helping the local Direct Business Manager to take the right decision to grow a sustainable local business.

• Strong digital, analytical and project management skills
• Strong drive and ability to work in an autonomous manner
• Evidence of resilience and ability to successfully manage challenge and conflict
• Preference for a master degree in business and/or engineering
• Business fluent in English and Turkish
• Preferably min. 6 years experience
