Job Description:
Typically as a supervisor:
• Manages a team that develops and implements a strategic long-term plan for either a global account, a country, a few smaller countries or a new market entry.
• Portfolio covers moderately complexity markets. One complicated operating business model exists.
• Contributes from own area to the development of departmental strategy and objectives. Is accountable for realization of objectives for own portfolio.
• Has multiple (groups of) internal and external stakeholders on tactical and strategic levels and manages opposite interests.
Typically as an individual contributor:
• Delivers the work as assigned, applying the work procedures, frameworks. Guidance provided for those tasks where there are limited precedents available.
• Portfolio scope covers a small region. More than one complicated operating business model exist.
• Has multiple and diverse complex stakeholders to manage e.g. dealers and distributors may be spread across a wide geographical area.
