Job Description:
• Developing long-term strategic multiyear plans (MYP) that covers +3 years and +1.100 retail sites aligned with the company's goals and objectives including all line of businesses in Mobility Team (Retail, NFR, New Energies).
• Create and update network master plans to meet the targets and to secure our long-term business competitiveness and propose optimization actions by driving the network resilience study.
• Constructing market analysis and competitor analysis by assessing market size, trends, growth potential, competitive landscape, and external factors such as economic conditions and regulatory changes.
• Follow up and update license data of all Turkey Retail Outlets including competitor transfer updates to track the Market.
• Implement Co-location & Alliance, Franchise and ATM strategy in all CO and DO network to maximize site values.
• Being Network Planning Strategic Guardian by overseeing and ensuring standardization, efficiency, compliance, and alignment with best practices across the organization.
• Stakeholder management with senior leaders to understand their needs, expectations, and potential impacts on the project, and to develop strategies to effectively communicate and collaborate with them.
• Being the single interface of the NWP team, act as the NWP business partner of the S&A team for two regions and appr. +400 sites. Manage and lead end-to-end network related topics, needs and decision points of the regions from network strategy to pipeline, budget management and approval processes of the renewal DO & NTS projects.
• For pipeline management, effectively prioritizing and executing projects that drive the organization towards its strategic objectives
• For budget management, keeping track of the financial parameters to increase total yield in terms of strategic and financial objectives and challenging contract terms to enhance the financial outcomes by securing more favorable conditions.
• Being the approval of pre-mandate approval process and review projects accordingly to streamline projects, enhance transparency, and ensure that all project steps are align with strategic objectives and ways of working requirements
• Responsible from Word IPs are prepared in the right time with the right content.
• Guiding strategic KPIs to go beyond them, periodically reviewing, reporting, and adjusting as needed.
• To ensure that Investment Decision Guidance aligned with the general Network strategy are applied to ensure consistency, efficiency, and fairness in decision-making, reducing the risk of errors and improving accountability.
• Responsible for giving Network Planning teams advices / pre-approvals for renewal & growth projects in terms of Multi Year Plans for the related his/her regional market areas.
