Purpose
• This role requires a strong virtual leadership for enabling the delivery of the NW T&R and a close follow-up with regulations and building a never ending dialogue with internal and external stake holders.
• Responsible for coordinating and owning the market Network Strategy, NFR & Renewable Energies incorporated MYP, coordinating the multi-year capital planning, ensuring integrated network plan & objectives (T&R Process) are in place aligned with Retails Strategic Objectives. To ensure that financial and strategic evaluations are done to enable decision-making.
Accountabilities
• To create master plan of CO and DO network from scratch in a DO environment where reliable data is very hard to obtain and conduct master planning sessions for DO & CO network, to share outcomes and to provide strategic views for wider Retail organization / partners to set priorities accordingly.
• Manage and follow up the approval/support of investment proposals process as per MOA.- Responsible for Contract & IP compliance and payment schedules.
• To analysis external trends and external competition, to create strategic approaches for sustaining the competitive advantage of the portfolio.
• To use digitalization effectively, create & monitor connected and transparent plans and trackers through Power BI that enables NW & Sales functions and strategic partners to deliver.
• Being a first contact of COE team, to work in collaboration for tailoring and implementing global strategies into the market, to deliver financial results through global systems, Capex, Opex management, monitoring and reporting. As per global priorities, responsible for delivering finance capex targets related with IFRS16
• To provide portfolio overlook regularly to wider leadership teams related to Opex & Capex spent, site count performance, NTS/I performance, payment systems, property and real estate related activities.
• To ensure PIR (Post Investment Review) study to be conducted regularly, to create and follow-up action plans with global and field teams.
• To prepare and share the reports for Volume Commitment, Late Opening, Capex, Opex, site opening and performance of MYP regularly.
• To build and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders for understanding the business needs and work in collaboration with related functions to build business cases accordingly for delivering company ambitions.
• Feeding management team with various reports as such volume commitment, site count change, competition, site-based report, capex and Opex.
• Accountable of finance capex, TR is a top contributor of shell group.
