• Manages ATOS (fault tracking system ) program performance & system delivery . Responsible for the efficient operation of the ATOS. Ensures that companies are included in the system, performance criteria are determined and analyzes are followed accordingly, and development activities are coordinated with the relevant business line.
• Responsible for including and adopting new companies & contracts in the system and monitoring their performance.
• Analyzes the data of the failures that occur and carries out the necessary development and improvement activities.
• Executes the Critical Equipment Control program. Selects, trains, inspects companies, analyzes the results of periodic checks and monitors development areas.
• Responsible for engineering services of contracts belonging to the NFR business line. Supports product and company selections during the tender phase. Monitors the performance of companies. Monitors their use of the ATOS system.
• Responsible for the evaluation of existing NFR contracts on an SLA basis and monitoring processes.
• Follows up local regulations in coordination with SGW Focused Delivery Group as SGW focal point.
• Focal point for RBSAM (Risk-Based Site Asset Management) Program which is the way the Mobility business manages SGW risks and complies with the requirements of our internal standards. The program helps ensure that SGW risks for Mobility assets are addressed with fit for purpose barriers and processes to mitigate the risk to ALARP.
• To help relevant internal stakeholders improve awareness and understanding of the RBSAM Program
• Follows global standards for Network Environmental Risk Assessment (NERA), RBSAM GIDS Barriers, Critical Equipment Inspections (CEI), Product Loss Investigation Procedure (PLIP) and Due Diligence Decision Trees in order to adopt local teams and standards.
