Job Description:

Turkiye by nature is very complex country with highly fluctuate economy and political environment. Even this role is required to create a long term strategy to implement Powering Progress in Turkiye, it will be expected to understand and foreseen these variables and needs to set the basics of strategy accordingly and also needs to adjust&adapt if and when it is necessary. As JV CEO is mainly focuses on the implementation of the strategy with the internal&external stakeholders, this role will be eyes and ears of him if there is anything needs to be addressed quickly or in long term

It is expected from the incumbent to have consultancy background with high level understanding of market dynamics and able to see what is behind the data.

10-15 years of experience will be expected.

Stakeholder management, able to manage difficult situations will be highly critical that good communication and intervention skills will be highly appreciated.
