We are seeking highly motivated and talented 3 Junior Programme Managers, who are senior year university students (4th grade) or masters students to join the YGA Turkiye Office on a paid, part-time basis. In this role, you will be integral in discovering and cultivating YGA's community. Working in collaboration with the Senior Programme Manager, you will develop and execute the Global Impact Programmes that align with YGA's goals and objectives.

Sorumluluklar
- Develop and execute programme strategies that support YGA's mission and goals,
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices,
- Plan and coordinate middle school, high-school and university programmes online and in-person events and social innovation camps with volunteers and all the 3rd party relations,
- Facilitate the programmes' global growth through strategic partnerships with global organizations and esteemed universities,
- Benchmark and lead partnerships with world-class organizations,
- Collect insights from students and parents, developing the programmes in accordance with these insights in conjunction with the programme teams,
- Establish and monitor an engagement plan for parents and teachers within the YGA community,
- Prepare communication materials, organise school seminars, meetings and presentations for schools, teachers & potential candidates,
- Monitor volunteer engagement and satisfaction throughout the programme,
- Enhance the programmes’ efficiency and effectiveness using automation and technology platforms.
Aranan Nitelikler
- Senior university student (4th grade) or masters student,
- One year of volunteering/work experience in program management, preferably in team settings,
- Strong educational background,
- In this position, daily communication and internal meetings will be in Turkish. However, as English will be used for external meetings, benchmarking, and similar topics, a professional level of English proficiency is required,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Skilled in productivity tools (notion, airtable, miro etc.),
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities and problem-solving skills,
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to deliver results,
- International experience is a plus,
- Creative thinker with a passion for social impact,
- Must be motivated selflessly with YGA's vision and be energized by making a difference for the good of others,
- Willing to improve oneself every day, open to being challenged, and open to learning,
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
