Are you looking for an opportunity to manage projects and take your skills to the next level while having a huge impact? Read on.

Youthall is looking for a dedicated Community Specialist.  As a community specialist you will be responsible for creating and executing programs, planning and organizing events, engaging Youthall's online and offline community like student clubs. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to impact the success of the company and to grow your career at a fast pace.

Sorumluluklar

  • Partner with organizations, educational institutions and similar groups to align Youthall's mission
  • Manage, attend and open Youthall desk in various University Student or Career Center Organizations.
  • Explore new community friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of Youthall
  • Monitors the latest trends in social media and provide recommendations
  • Represent the Youthall brand with authenticity and integrity in every interaction
  • Engage with our online community across multiple social platforms including Whatsapp and Slack
  • Take action on Youthall's own events
  • Develop strategies to grow unique visitors and total reach across channels including email, social, and employers
  • Manage and publish a content calendar, ensuring content adheres to consistent voice and brand guidelines

Aranan Nitelikler

  • BA or BS in business, communications or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work at a rapid startup space
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills needed
  • Knowledge in online marketing, community management, or equivalent
  • Ability to think strategically and effectively present new ideas
  • Able to work under pressure and great focus
  • Active Youthall User is 3x plus ;)
  • Knowledge about local events and trends
  • Worked in student organizations as a president or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience in event planning, media relations, and public meeting and presentation facilitation
  • Loves working in a startup environment
