Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) Digital is a leading digital medical education platform providing training content for HCPs on the Allergan Aesthetics brands. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Specialist for the transition to AMI Digital 3.0. In this transitional phase, we are looking for a professional who will work closely with both the medical education and marketing departments to successfully manage the transition processes of the website. The selected candidate will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to localization and implementation of all content of the platform, front-end and back-end localization, user testing of modules, translation control of Turkish texts, and the ability to generate texts as needed by communicating and collaborating with global teams regularly.

Sorumluluklar

  • Being first point of contact of project management during the AMI Digital 3.0 transition.
  • Collaborate with the medical education (AMI) and marketing departments to plan and execute localization and implementation of both local and global content of the platform.
  • Coordinate the work of multiple 3rd party agencies, external vendors, and internal departments (both local and global)
  • Perform translation control of Turkish training modules and user experience tests for the platform.
  • Identify and implement necessary improvements to enhance the quality and usability of the educational platform.
  • Closely collaborate with global stakeholders for the seamless transition process for the end-users.
  • Regularly report on project developments and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Digital literacy and familiarity with digital channels.
  • Ability to work well with multi-functional teams at all levels.
  • Ability to conduct user tests for modules.
  • Ability to perform translation control for Turkish texts and produce content when necessary.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbally and written.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
