Reporting to Allergan Aesthetics Business Excellence Director, the responsibilities of the incumbent are;
- Drives internal strategic projects in collaboration with other BI members,
- Identifies key areas and opportunities for brand teams to encourage and accelerate data driven culture. Closely partners with brand teams to ensure embedding priority areas into relevant discussions,
- Models and analyzes data about sales, segmentation, In Field Team (IFT) Activity and other promotional activities and transform all relevant data and insights into concrete, easy to read dashboards and reports. Ensures timely update of these dashboards and reports. For automated reporting systems, creates Data Catalog, validates quality of data ingested into the system, and provides advise on Data Access, Security, and Data Lifecycle management,
- Analyzes the various manual and automated data flows, work with Data Infrastructure to engineer automatic data synchronization, participate in designing a KPI framework with Brand experts, Analyze data on data lake,
- Define and implement policies and procedures for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of systems and data,
- Establish data-quality metrics and requirements, including defining the values, ranges, and parameters that are acceptable for each data element, through Health Checks, in coordination with Data Source Owners,
- Diagnoses key opportunity areas in IFT organization and suggest best solutions and toolkits to achieve IFT excellence,
- Builds and maintains yearly market research and insight processing plans based on brand strategic imperatives and product life cycle,
- Execution of market research and insight gathering initiatives. Translate the outcomes of these initiatives into meaningful business suggestions,
- Designs and manages Sizing and Deployment Initiatives across the all IFT members, (Commercial and Medical)
- Provides training to BT/IFT members about the use of BI systems and processes. Drives the change management within the area of expertise,
- Ensures effective interactions with Global Teams (WWD, MABI) and other affiliates’ BI communities to learn and leverage new solutions and best practices.
Aranan Nitelikler
- New graduate or 1 year of professional experience preferably in a relevant field in Pharma or healthcare industry,
- Bachelors or higher degree with academic courses in engineering, economics, finance, computer science, mathematics or statistics,
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Turkish and English,
- Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and communication,
- Analytical skills with relational database query languages using SQL, Tableau, MS Office VBa or Power BI in addition to MS Office programs,
- Ability to independently frame business questions, identify data sources, formulate a methodology and manage project timelines and deliverables,
- Ability to integrate large volumes of data from multiple data sources, conduct deep data dives and statistical analysis systematically,
- Ability to synthesize results to create a compelling fact-based business story,
- High capability in interpersonal skills – strong negotiation skills with a problem-solver mind.
