We expect the Customer Experience intern to contribute to global and local CX initiatives while improving personal skills and qualifications for becoming a great CX person.

• Undergraduate (3rd or 4th grade) student preferably in Statistics, Information Management and Engineering fields,
• Willingness to Learn and Develop Personal Qualifications,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong analytical, organization, critical-thinking, problem-solving skills,
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability,
• Project Management ability with developed follow-up skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment,
• Advanced level proficiency in MS Office programs, especially excel,
• Able to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months.
