• Conducting legal research and analysis,
• Making research in compliance and legal related areas, specifically in pharmaceutical law and Data Protection, Healthcare Compliance, Antitrust, Anti Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Anti-Discrimination, etc.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts,
• Drafting and reviewing corporate documents,
• Preparing and reviewing petitions and other legal documents,
• Translating of legal documents in both Turkish and English,
• Archive all documents (contracts, legal documents, correspondence etc.) in the system and make filings,
• Assisting in the preparation and organization of conferences and meetings.

• 3rd / 4th year students or bachelor’s degree in law with a strong academic record from a reputable university,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must (The candidates who have TOEFL and IELTS score are preferred)
• Having interest to develop himself /herself in pharmaceutical law and compliance related areas,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Capable of following up the business processes in the legal department,
• High learning agility to adapt in short term,
• Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively,
• Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural office environment and within flexible working hours,
• High organizational, follow-up and time-management skills.
