We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our superstar team of Marketing, who will share our vision on our journey to global success.

What we expect from you:

  • Build and implement Foreks Digital’s consumer marketing communication and digital marketing strategy for Turkey and global markets such as creative content and execution.
  • Take ownership of local and international launches/relaunches and create the right angle of attack to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
  • Develop messaging and positioning for our products and services that resonate with target audiences and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Develop and implement marketing and brand communication plans to drive growth and build brand awareness and consideration.
  • Build and maintain brand guideline; ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials.
  • Act as the x-functional brand leader; control and coordinate the development of marketing programs and implementation through agencies and cross functional teams.
  • Work closely with creative, digital marketing, social media and PR agencies, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising, digital/ social media and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and other creative assets.
  • Drive customer experience management initiatives by gathering customer feedback and insights, analyzing data, and developing and executing programs to improve the customer experience.
  • Conduct research on local and international markets to understand customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Analyze competitors products, marketing campaigns and results, communicate competitive threats and opportunities.
  • Develop media and influencer relations, manage partnership and sponsorship activities.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,
  • At least 3+ years of experience in marketing and brand communications, with a focus on brand management, social media management, digital marketing strategies and customer experience management,
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and communications initiatives globally,
  • Experience to manage agencies and third parties,
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and agencies,
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively,
  • Experience in FinTech sector, passion/interest in financial investment technologies will be a strong plus,
  • High interpersonal & communication skills,
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English.
