What you’ll do:

Analysis

• Compute fiscal/financial transactions.
• Reconcile transactions/accounts.
• Classify and code fiscal/financial transactions.
• Make necessary variance analysis and controls.
• Participating in monthly analysis of forecast process. budget variances with actual figures and reporting to the management.
• Monitor balances and report discrepancies.

Reporting

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's budgeting process while analyzing financial and non-financial performance indicators.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and prepare management reports.

Operations & Planning

• Determine and follow-up of standards for the creation of accounting records in accordance with reporting standards.
• Develop and prepare procedures for both growing brand and new established manufacturing.
• Participate in recommending systems and forms enhancements.
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Continuously improve financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or related field. (Auditbackground is a plus)
• Excellent analytical skill, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big Picture.
• Knowledge of Turkish Accounting Standards and IFRS.
• A team player with very good communication skills.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed.
