What does the role involve?
In this role, your development begins with hands-on training which will set you up for success by learning the foundation of Hilti’s culture, products, and services.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time and spend extended amount of time on the phone. There will also be opportunities for hands-on training exercises, meetings, workshops, and presentations.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will influence and serve all Hilti customers, including internal team members and Account Managers who have direct relationships with the Hilti customer experience. Your participation in the Strategic Customer Development is essential to prepare you for your next steps in other roles at Hilti.
This position is responsible for generating incremental, profitable sales to assigned account base through outbound sales within the customer service department.
The Inside Sales Account Manager will provide appropriate service and strong knowledge of Hilti products to customers, ensuring the successful achievement of company objectives and growth within the scope of the assigned customer trade
This role will be a bench for our Sales teams.
