Sorumluluklar

Extracts & anticipates business requirements: extracts requirements from business and governmental policies as well as prospective and current customers. Interacts with senior management to establish these requirements,
Designs, analyses and optimizes business processes: determines, reviews/creates a reporting mechanism and documents business processes. Optimizes processes by identifying areas where workflow modifications improve efficiency,
Determines requirements via interaction with management and translates them into concrete specifications,
Works with stakeholders (for example, project managers, developers/architects and other stakeholders) to define metrics, performance goals and assess feasibility,
Oversees and assists project and change management.

Aranan Nitelikler

Graduate degree in Engineering, Informatics, Information Management and/or Business Administration,
Job experience for at least 3 years,
General process know-how in Finance, Controlling and Accounting,
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to deal with complex problems and find a win-win solution,
Strong interpersonal skills, effective teamwork ability, willing to lead and take initiative,
Creative thinking,
Organization/prioritization,
Documentation,
Visualisation,
Stakeholder management,
Fluency in written & spoken English,
Intercultural competency.
