What we're looking for in the candidates are:
- Turkish Citizens born on and after 1.01.1994,
- Bachelor's degree from formal education graduate programs of Turkish Universities or Certificate of Equivalence for graduates of Foreign Universities (YÖK Denklik Belgesi),
- English Proficiency Exam result with minimum scores and above listed below:
- IELTS General or Academic - Overall: 6 and Speaking: 6,5 and Listening: 6,5
- TOEFL IBT - Overall: 75 and Listening: 22 and Speaking: 22
- ITEP Academic Plus - Overall: 3,7 and Listening: 4 and Speaking: 4
*Only minimum or above scored IELTS General or Academic (paper-based or online in test center), TOEFL IBT Exam or ITEP Academic Plus (supervised in test center) result holders at the application, will be accepted to the process.
- Be able to meet the medical prerequisites for Airline Pilots (Class-1 Medical Certificate),
- Height between 160cm-195cm and fit to Pegasus BMI standards,
- Have no military affiliation for at least 2 years,
- Have no criminal record (Adli Sicil ve Adli Sicil Arşiv Kaydı),
- Have not participated in any pilot training program before (PPL, CPL, etc.).
Also;
- Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be invited for Document Control and BMI measurement to Pegasus HQ.
- Qualified candidates will take Skytest – Psychometric Evaluation at the test center.
- Behavioural Tendency Questionnaire and Psychological Evaluation Inventory will be sent to those who are qualified from Skytest, following which there will be Board Interviews.
- Candidates, who are successful in the assessment process, will be directed to the contracted health institution/s authorized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation Türkiye in order to receive the report on their suitability for flight.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All training costs will be covered by Pegasus Airlines under a salary deduction method which will be explained prior to the offer.
