Psylabs Online is currently looking for a Business Development Specialist to join the Istanbul team.

We are a global consulting firm that helps organizations to have a better understanding about the essence of talent. Psylabs team consists of international academics, workplace psychologists, technologists and senior consultants who work together to satisfy diversified organizational needs.

Work as part of our team in Psylabs Turkey office,
Support the full range of our services (Assessment & Development Centers and Psychometric Assessments) and development of the assessmet tools,
Support our client relationships,
Provide assistance to global assessment projects.

Sorumluluklar

Being an observer participant in assessment center exercises (competency based interviews, in trays, role plays, presentations, group exercises),
Carrying out psychometric tests in projects (numerical and abstract reasoning, personality, assessment projects),
Supporting consultants and business psychologists.

Aranan Nitelikler

Bachelor degree in Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychological Counseling and Guidance or Master degree in Occupational / Business / Industrial Psychology - or current Masters or PHD students in the relevant fields,
Able to work independently and in a team,
Great organizational and time-management skills,
Fluency in English,
Able to balance academic rigour with pragmatic business needs,
Creative, interpersonally confident and engaging,
Patient, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and diligent,
Comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment,
Intrested in Psychology and wants to develop in this field,
A bonus if you are proficient in statistical analysis.
