Kokshetau State University (Kazakh: Көкшетау мемлекеттік университеті, romanized: Kökşetau memlekettık universitetı, Russian: Кокшетауский государственный университет, abbreviated as KSU) is a public university located in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan, founded in 1996. It is named after Shoqan Walikhanov.
Kokshetau State University was founded in 1962.
